run here in this paper."
"They
go over our ads with a fine tooth comb, and we're a
reputable company."
"I
never heard of anyone who was selling WebSite's door
to door that was reputable."
Tom
observed the big man across the table. In his early
forties, with energy of a man that belonged to someone in his
twenties. Bob McCarty had a big smile across his face. Yet the
lines across the forehead and the heavy hands told their story
as
well. This was a man Tom admired for he'd heard he was the
greatest paper hanger in the world. The man had hung enough
paper to cover the entire Empire State Building. Yes, he was
looking at a pro. Bob had never been to prison, had made and
lost many fortunes, and had enjoyed it all.
"So
you guys got yourself an Internet deal. Are you getting it
together?" Bob looked over his drink at Jay.
"Yes,
I just bought a new Cadillac and Tom has gotten some
heavy wheels."
"Well,
they'll look for those cars a long time."
No,
you know the barter deal. The car dealers are easy,
if they want to move up, they need a WebSite."
"But
WebSite's for cars?
"Well,
moving was always your game. Buy everything, every-
where, and then be nowhere to be found. YOU are a master deal
maker. There's no one better; you're number one. So
you're probably looking very good up here. These people up here
