"Where you going?"

"Just out for a walk."

"O.K see you later."

As Julie walked out of the room, she felt like screaming.
When she got to the hotel lobby, she thought of calling her
mother, but thought better of it. She would call Rebecca. When
Rebecca came to the hotel about an hour later, Julie was still
sitting in the lobby. Rebecca had a friend with her. A five-
foot-five blonde, Collen was a true Georgian peach, with a
slender waist but, to Julie, otherwise plump. They went into the
dining room and ordered lunch; Julie wanted to tell Rebecca
everything, but with the girl with her Julie just didn't feel
comfortable.

When Jay hung up the phone from talking to Sandy, he won-
dered if the trouble the night before with Julie was the real
reason for his call. Now it didn't seem to matter; he had
enjoyed talking to Sandy on the telephone. He thought about what
Julie might be doing; he wondered where she had gone for so long.
He decided to have a look around the hotel.

It was a big surprise to see Rebecca in the dining room with
Julie. He thought, she's becoming a regular around here. He
immediately caught the eye of the Georgia peach. He was confused
now about just what was going on. He didn't wait for an invita-
tion to lunch; he just sat down and started talking as though
they had all been waiting for his arrival. When Jay was intro-
