"I think you have, and now I think that's the real reason we
came down here. Why else would you give up your position in
Minneapolis, and just walk away when you had everything, and then
not take the deal you went on in Chicago?"

"The reason? You wouldn't even understand if I told you,
and besides, the whole world was coming down on me in Minnea-
polis."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Oh, hell does it really matter now that it's done?"

"It might to me."

"I was burning out those damn company credit cards."

"You mean they were stolen?"

"Hell no, they were corporate cards, but I had just put together
a new line of credit, then applied for all the cards as FreeScape.com."

"So I was along to make it look good when you went to use
them."

"No, baby, we were just living."

"You were; I wasn't at all. I was just lost in this crazy
fairy tale. Now I know why I got the bracelet, and the watch
so you could use them for charges on your company cards. They
were never really mine at all."

"Hell no, that wasn't the way it was at all. I had no
intentions of using your bracelet to get money."

"I'm going to sleep. Good night."
