When he announced his return to the office, and wished everyone
lots of luck, Julie's disappointment was clearly read by all the
people in the suite. While everyone was helping themselves to
the buffet breakfast. Jay and Julie spent the time talking more
than eating. All the talk, however, was only of the coming week.
As everyone left the suite, Julie was the last. Jay caressed her
and wished he could just take her and go to bed for the rest of
his life.

When Jay walked into the apartment, he knew something was
wrong. At the door he almost tripped over Sandy's Samsonite
makeup bag, as if it had been strategically placed to cause
problems in traversing the small entrance way. After stumbling,
but remaining on his feet, he passed into the bedroom where he
could hear Sandy tossing things about the room.

"So what's going on here?"

"Well, it's not my spring cleaning of my luggage. Besides,
you can let Julie do your spring cleaning."

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"I'm not stupid. Maybe a little out of touch with your
office affairs. Yet when everyone in town calls to let me know
the latest news, it's hard not to know."

"To know what?"

"Don't try, and play with my head; I'm just the last to
know."

"All these people they always know everything, so they
think. You're talking about a girl I've never even made love to."
