29 "Diane, would you ask Tom to come into my office please?" Another day brought Jay back to his latest business hassle and challenge. "Hey man, have you heard what Schroud is trying to lay on us?" "Just the grape vine, they are going to increase his percentage on our operation. I just don't understand your position, you started this company and now your fighting just to work here." "Well, I have had my moments, but when you bring in money people they make the decisions." "Sure, but how can they put you out, of your own company?" "You can believe one thing all the pressure we are getting in this office is about getting me out of the company completely, but you can believe, I have a plan." "I will set-up for the day, if you need anything just let me know." As Tom walked from the office, Jay sat there, wondering just what was the plan, and how would he ever regain control of the company. Something would have to change.
