"Yeah, I have a new member to my staff; she'd probably be
real pleased to come along. Make it look good to the folks,
newlyweds."

"I guess the boutique here in the hotel could offer the
right clothes, we want to make the right impression."

"Maybe we shouldn't say anything to her about you providing
the wardrobe she might be embarrassed."

"We got a business to run, so see you man."

When they returned to the office. Jay was all business. It
was time to do something about the problem with the Minneapolis
office. "Let's get Maylor on the phone now, Tom. We'll try to
force his hand to write us a separate deal from the Minneapolis
office, so we can write our deals straight in. That shithead
Schroud is getting twelve percent of all our action. It's time
to put him out of our deal."

"How do we handle Maylor?"

"The same way you handle anyone else's money."

"We can always write our contracts to another company."

"Where else can we get our paper financed?"

"Hell, we can tell him across the street. Maylor just has
to see the only way to keep us is to go direct with us."

The office was filled with applicants, and Diane was busy
answering the busiest phone in town. She was setting up the mass
interviews. After the four o'clock interview all the salesmen
would start to show up for the sales meeting, after coming in from
the field.
