At $ 335.00 for a trademark you may just want
to claim your name as your trademark, and buy
another truck load of apples to sell at a profit you can always register
your name later. If it is a big time deal and you have big time money hire
a big time lawyer.
You can use the trademark with your name.
If there is a dispute and the other party has properly registered the name
you will loose in court.
